Richard is an energetic and high performing transformation leader known for delivering strategic ambitions, complex programmes and turnarounds.
He has worked in the U.S, Europe and the UK at all levels including C suite, Change and Transformation Director and other senior roles. Well regarded by his stakeholders including Boards, Excos, Senior Leadership Teams, Committees, Trustees and Regulators.
He is results focussed, has a core ability to work both strategically as well as bringing pace to deliveries whilst managing the cultural and communication challenges that always exist during times of transformation. Richard has been lucky to work with many organisations of different size, type, and culture with various funding models from private equity to not for profit.
