Lucy joined us in July 2022 to manage all those core operational activities that allow us to function effectively from one day to the next, including associate escalation and any challenges that come up.

With over 15 years’ experience in recruitment and 12 years in tech and business change, Lucy’s taken on resourcing projects of every size for businesses of every kind. Whether it’s implementing and delivering direct sourcing programmes for big tech brands or global oil and gas businesses, implementing offshore resource and delivery models for UK businesses or delivering literally hundreds of roles for large banks across business change, no hurdle is too high.

The same applies to Lucy’s life outside work. A big lover of horses, she first climbed into the saddle at the age of three and has kept on galloping ever since.
