Gayle Lui

Gayle joined us in January 2024 after seven years working in change and transformation in management consultancy. She brought a decade’s experience in the industry, during which she’s focused predominantly on tech project and programme management. She thrives on helping organisations make the complex simple – that means understanding business requirements, understanding stakeholders and getting things organised. Ultimately, she implements improvements which stick.

Gayle’s very much an outdoors kind of character. As a Cubs volunteer leader, she has an alter ego named Rikki Tikki, after the mongoose in the Jungle Book. She’s also a canicross runner (for the uninitiated, that’s a sport that involves cross country running with dogs) so she’s always looking for offroad events that she and her dogs can take on. Forging meaningful connections with humans just as quickly as canines, Gayle’s undaunted by the most unforgiving of requirements and will stick with your project until the race is run.
