Olga Dziugiel

Becoming part of the Definia team in March 2023, Olga’s responsible for delivering our project management-as-a-service process across private and public sector organisations. That means supporting with the onboarding process, risk, financials, change requests, service reviews and overall delivery of the project.

She’s worked in recruitment for four years and spent around one-and-a-half years working on recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service provider (MSP) projects. Although she arrived relatively new to the consulting world, that didn’t stop her being appointed to three massive accounts within six months of joining us and she’s always chomping at the bit for more.

Olga’s a huge NBA fan and previously had season tickets to the New York Knicks. In project terms, she tends to nail her three pointers more often than not.
